Primary extraosseous Ewing sarcoma of the nasal cavity is rare. A 17-year-old man underwent 18 F-FDG and 68 Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT for a nasal mass. The mass showed avid FDG uptake but weak FAPI uptake. Endoscopic endonasal biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of Ewing sarcoma.
鼻腔原发性骨外尤文肉瘤罕见。一名17岁男性因鼻腔肿物接受了18F-FDG和68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT检查。肿物表现为FDG摄取活跃但FAPI摄取较弱。鼻内镜下鼻内活检确诊为尤文肉瘤。
