The leafhopper genus Fistulatus Zhang, 1997 (Cicadellidae: Deltocephalinae: Drabescini: Paraboloponina) is reviewed with descriptions of two new species, Fistulatus biconjugara sp. nov., from Guizhou Province, China and F. brevimarginalis sp. nov., from Yunnan Province, China. A checklist with distributions and a key to males of this genus are provided. The specimens studied are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University, Guiyang, Guizhou, China (GUGC).
叶蝉科凹颜叶蝉亚科黛叶蝉族类叶蝉亚族的管茎叶蝉属（Fistulatus Zhang，1997）得以修订，描述了两个新物种，即来自中国贵州省的双轭管茎叶蝉（Fistulatus biconjugara sp. nov.）和来自中国云南省的短缘管茎叶蝉（F. brevimarginalis sp. nov.）。提供了该属的分布清单及雄性鉴别检索表。所研究标本保存于中国贵州贵阳贵州大学昆虫研究所（GUGC）。
