The content of phosphatidyl choline, a terminal product of phosphatidyl ethanolamine methylation as well as in intensity in vitro incorporation of [14CH3]methionine into phosphatidyl choline of rat liver with E-hypovitaminosis are found to considerably decrease as compared to the norm. In this case the total content of phospholipids is practically the same.
与正常情况相比,发现乙醇胺甲基化终产物磷脂酰胆碱的含量以及在维生素E缺乏症大鼠肝脏中[14CH3]甲硫氨酸体外掺入磷脂酰胆碱的强度均显著降低。在这种情况下,磷脂的总含量实际上是相同的。
