Abstract

Three new naphthalene derivatives, strepthalenes A-C (1-3), and the known analogue (S)-DNPA (4), together with six previously reported anthraquinones (5-10), were isolated from the marine-derived Streptomyces sp. OUCMDZ-4182. Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis and quantum chemical calculations. Strepthalenes B and C showed moderate activity against amyloid-β 42 (Aβ42) aggregation with IC values of 47.65 and 24.73 µM, respectively.

从海洋来源的链霉菌OUCMDZ-4182中分离出三种新的萘衍生物,即链霉菌素A-C(1-3)、已知类似物(S)-DNPA(4),以及六种先前报道的蒽醌(5-10)。通过详细的光谱分析和量子化学计算确定了它们的结构。链霉菌素B和C对淀粉样β-蛋白42(Aβ42)聚集表现出中等活性,其半数抑制浓度(IC)值分别为47.65和24.73 μM。
