Abstract
A pars plana vitrectomy was performed in a case of vitreous opacities caused by generalized amyloidosis. Vision improved from 2/300 to 5/5 after surgery. The vitreous specimen stained orange-red with congo-red staining and showed the typical yellow-green birefringence with polarized light. The literature on the surgical treatment of amyloidosis of the vitreous is reviewed.

对一例由全身性淀粉样变性引起的玻璃体混浊患者进行了玻璃体切除术。术后视力从2/300提高到了5/5。玻璃体标本经刚果红染色呈橙红色，在偏振光下显示典型的黄绿双折射。本文对玻璃体淀粉样变性的外科治疗文献进行了综述。
