A 66-year-old female developed increasing eczematous reactions after treatment of her leg ulcer with a corticoid ointment. When patch tested with the constituents she reacted positive to fludroxycortide (flurandrenolone) and cetyl alcohol. Contact allergy to this fluorinated corticosteroid has not been described before.
一名66岁女性在用皮质类固醇软膏治疗腿部溃疡后，湿疹反应不断加重。对该软膏成分进行斑贴试验时，她对氟羟氢化可的松（氟氢缩松）和十六醇呈阳性反应。此前尚未有对这种含氟皮质类固醇发生接触性过敏的报道。
