In this case video, Miwa and colleagues report the first case of antegrade stone removal using the RIGEL balloon catheter in a patient with hepaticojejunostomy anastomotic stricture. This novel non-slip balloon prevents slippage during dilation by delaying inflation of its central portion, enabling successful stone removal without complications.
