In a pharmacy-based Data to Care project in Washington during August 2019-December 2021, 2 pharmacies identified 762 cases of persons who were 35 to 65 days late refilling antiretroviral medications; 119 (16%) case investigations led to contact with a person who had discontinued treatment, 43 (36%) of whom restarted medications after outreach.
