Abstract
CT is a non-invasive examination technique, which is able to demonstrate laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy in a three-dimensional manner and give qualified information in addition to the clinical findings. In the classification of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancer, CT is superior to conventional radiological methods. CT complements direct and indirect laryngoscopy in showing tumour infiltration of surrounding structures.

CT是一种非侵入性检查技术，它能够以三维方式显示喉和下咽的解剖结构，并除了提供临床检查结果外还能给出有价值的信息。在喉癌和下咽癌的分类中，CT优于传统放射学方法。CT在显示肿瘤对周围结构的浸润方面对直接和间接喉镜检查起到补充作用。
