Abstract
Two cases of pyloroduodenal obstruction by gallstone are described. Bleeding into the proximal segment of the digestive tract and signs of high intestinal obstruction were present in both cases. The diagnosis was made by fibrescopic examination.

本文描述了两例胆结石所致的幽门十二指肠梗阻病例。两例均出现消化道近端出血及高位肠梗阻体征。诊断通过纤维内镜检查做出。
