Abstract
Dental implant restoration is a popular therapy for replacing lost teeth and regaining human masticatory function. However, studies have shown prosthetic problems like implant fracture, screw loosening, and screw fracture. Abutment screw loosening is the second most common reason for implant-supported restoration failure after loss of osseointegration, especially in single implant restorations. This literature review aims to synthesize data on screw loosening reasons and salvage methods.

牙种植修复是一种用于替代缺失牙齿并恢复人类咀嚼功能的常用治疗方法。然而，研究表明存在诸如种植体骨折、螺钉松动和螺钉断裂等修复问题。基台螺钉松动是种植体支持修复失败的第二大常见原因，仅次于骨结合丧失，尤其是在单颗种植体修复中。这篇文献综述旨在综合有关螺钉松动原因及挽救方法的数据。
