Abstract
Ludwig's angina and azygous vein thrombosis are both serious pathologies with life-threatening sequalae. The incidence of the latter as a complication of Ludwig's angina can further worsen the patient's prognosis. We are reporting such a case, which was managed surgically, followed by administration of thrombolytics. Recovery was uneventful.
摘要
路德维希咽峡炎和奇静脉血栓形成都是严重的疾病，会导致危及生命的后遗症。后者作为路德维希咽峡炎的并发症，其发生率会进一步恶化患者的预后。我们报告了这样一例通过手术治疗并随后给予溶栓药物的病例。患者康复过程顺利。
