Abstract

serovar Newport is a major contributor to the burden of salmonellosis in the United States. We report the closed genomic sequences of 14 . Newport isolates collected from various sources in the United States. All consist of one circular chromosome, and eight have at least one circular plasmid.

新港血清型是美国沙门氏菌病负担的主要促成因素。我们报告了从美国不同来源收集的14株新港血清型分离株的完整基因组序列。所有分离株均由一条环状染色体组成,其中8株至少含有一个环状质粒。
