Abstract
The presentation of haematuria in the otherwise fit young adult is common in military practice. Controversy still exists as to how fully such patients should be investigated. The findings in 90 military patients under 40 are reported and a scheme to rationalise the investigation of haematuria is put forward.

在军事医疗实践中，身体健康的年轻成年人出现血尿的情况很常见。对于此类患者应进行何种程度的全面检查仍存在争议。本文报告了90例40岁以下军事患者的检查结果，并提出了一个使血尿检查合理化的方案。
