Abstract
Twenty-five patients with chronic heart failure resistant to drug therapy were subjected to isolated ultrafiltration (IUF) as part of the complex of therapeutic measures. Altogether 76 IUF sessions were made. The results of the use of IUF were controlled by the clinical observation, laboratory studies and ultrasonic exploration of the internal organs. It has been shown that IUF should be included into the complex of therapeutic measures for chronic heart failure.
摘要
25例对药物治疗耐药的慢性心力衰竭患者接受了单纯超滤（IUF）治疗，作为综合治疗措施的一部分。共进行了76次单纯超滤治疗。通过临床观察、实验室检查和内脏器官超声探查来控制单纯超滤的治疗效果。结果表明，单纯超滤应纳入慢性心力衰竭的综合治疗措施中。
