Abstract

Focal duodenal necrosis (FDN) is an easily overlooked but significant disease of table-egg layers, resulting in reduced egg production. However, the etiology of FDN is poorly understood. Here, we report the complete genomes of five strains isolated from the FDN lesions of laying flocks.
