The term "giant vesicle calculus" refers to the urinary bladder stone which is more than 4 cm in its largest diameter. Giant vesical calculus weighing more than 100 g is a rare entity. We report a case of a 63-year male with giant vesicle calculus (measuring 6 × 3 cm) presenting with azotemia and hydroureteronephrosis. Abdominal Ultrasonography confirmed the finding of the vesical calculus with evidence of moderate to gross bilateral hydroureteronephrosis along with diverticulum with thickened and echogenic debris in the urinary bladder lumen suggestive of cystitis. He was then advised for a computerized tomography scan of the kidneys, ureters, and bladder (CT KUB) which revealed a lamellated hyperdense calculus measuring 5.92 × 5.5 × 4.37 cm of +1542 Hounsfield Units in bladder lumen. He was planned for cystolithotomy which revealed a 6 × 3 cm solitary calculus. After discharge from the hospital, the patient came for a follow up consultation during which no new problems were identified.
“巨大膀胱结石”一词指最大直径超过4厘米的膀胱结石。重量超过100克的巨大膀胱结石是一种罕见的病症。我们报告一例63岁男性患有巨大膀胱结石（尺寸为6×3厘米），伴有氮质血症和输尿管肾积水。腹部超声检查证实存在膀胱结石，并有双侧中度至重度输尿管肾积水的迹象，同时膀胱腔内有憩室，伴有增厚的回声性碎片，提示膀胱炎。随后建议他进行肾脏、输尿管和膀胱的计算机断层扫描（CT KUB），结果显示膀胱腔内有一个分层的高密度结石，尺寸为5.92×5.5×4.37厘米，亨氏单位为+1542。计划对他进行膀胱切开取石术，术中发现一个6×3厘米的孤立结石。出院后，患者前来进行随访咨询，期间未发现新问题。
