New taxonomic, diagnostic and faunistic data for 17 species of Anthophagini Thomson, 1859 and one species of Coryphiini Jakobson, 1908 from the eastern Palaearctic region are provided. Two new species are described and illustrated: Anthobium scheerpeltzi sp. nov. (Pakistan) and Mannerheimia feldmanni sp. nov. (Nepal). The female of Trichodromeus telnovi Shavrin, 2024 is described for the first time. The habitus and the aedeagus of Coryphium loebli Zerche, 1993 are illustrated. Two species are recorded for the first time: Anthobium fusculum (Erichson, 1839) from Iraq and Afghanistan, and Hygrodromicus coriaceus (Cameron, 1924) from Pakistan.
