Abstract

Mediastinal teratomas, though rare in infants, can present with respiratory distress. Imaging plays a crucial role in diagnosis, with CT and PET aiding in characterisation. Surgical resection is the treatment of choice, with chemotherapy reserved for immature components. Early diagnosis is essential to prevent complications and optimise outcomes.

纵隔畸胎瘤在婴儿中虽罕见，但可表现为呼吸窘迫。影像学在诊断中起关键作用，CT和PET有助于明确特征。手术切除是首选治疗方法，化疗用于不成熟成分。早期诊断对于预防并发症和优化治疗结果至关重要。
