Abstract

The main mechanism of the Latarjet procedure for maintaining anterior shoulder stability is attributed to the "triple locking" factors. During the traditional Latarjet procedure, the subscapularis split is inevitably, which is one of the main difficulties in surgical technique and sources of complications. We introduce a procedure in which the coracoid graft can pass through the subscapularis without splitting based on our previous modified suture button Latarjet procedure with preservation of the coracoacromial ligament and pectoralis minor.

摘要

Latarjet手术维持肩关节前方稳定性的主要机制归因于“三重锁定”因素。在传统的Latarjet手术中,肩胛下肌不可避免地会被劈开,这是手术技术的主要难点之一和并发症的来源。基于我们之前保留喙肩韧带和胸小肌的改良缝线纽扣Latarjet手术,我们介绍一种喙突移植骨可以不劈开肩胛下肌而穿过的手术方法。
