Abstract
Immunoglobulin G4-related disease is a chronic fibro-inflammatory condition characterized by raised serum IgG4 concentrations, which with tissue infiltration by IgG4 plasma cells leads to pseudotumor formation in various organs. Primary presentation is very rare and is life threatening. This is only the 16th reported case of Immunoglobulin G4-related disease with primary laryngeal involvement worldwide and is the first reported case in the Indian population.

免疫球蛋白G4相关性疾病是一种慢性纤维炎症性疾病，其特征为血清免疫球蛋白G4浓度升高，IgG4浆细胞浸润组织导致各器官出现假瘤形成。原发性表现非常罕见且危及生命。这是全球第16例报道的原发性喉部受累的免疫球蛋白G4相关性疾病病例，也是印度人群中的首例报道病例。
