Abstract
is an uncommon cause of prosthetic joint infection (PJI). Here, we report a case of prosthetic knee joint infection in a patient who was previously managed for bacteremia 10 months earlier. The infection was managed with a planned two-stage surgical revision and prolonged IV antibiotics. This case underscores the rare pathogenic potential of a typically benign commensal organism, highlighting the importance of considering atypical pathogens in common clinical presentations.

是人工关节感染（PJI）的一种罕见病因。在此，我们报告一例人工膝关节感染病例，该患者10个月前曾因菌血症接受治疗。感染通过计划性的两阶段手术翻修和延长静脉抗生素治疗进行处理。该病例强调了一种通常为良性共生菌的罕见致病潜力，突出了在常见临床表现中考虑非典型病原体的重要性。
