Abstract

The study of Tang investigated the distribution and dynamic changes of cell populations in the tumor microenvironment of gastric cancer (GC) patients using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). This comprehensive analysis highlights key interactions within the tumor microenvironment across different GC stages. Discussing applications of scRNA-seq data in clinical settings could pave the way for developing promising and personalized therapeutic strategies for GC patients. Therefore, further exploration of selecting anticancer drug candidates through gene screening derived from scRNA-seq will provide deeper insights into GC care.

摘要

唐的研究使用单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq)调查了胃癌(GC)患者肿瘤微环境中细胞群体的分布和动态变化。这项全面分析突出了不同GC阶段肿瘤微环境内的关键相互作用。讨论scRNA-seq数据在临床环境中的应用可为开发针对GC患者的有前景的个性化治疗策略铺平道路。因此,通过源自scRNA-seq的基因筛选来选择抗癌候选药物的进一步探索将为GC治疗提供更深入的见解。
