Abstract

This highlight presents novel 6-aryl isoindolin-1-one derivatives that developed as negative allosteric modulators (NAMs) of metabotropic glutamate receptor 2 (mGluR). Chemical synthesis and potency (IC) data for both mGluR and mGluR are disclosed.
