A case of subungual lentigo maligna and a review of the literature is presented. Pigmented lesions involving the nail bed are rare, and should arouse clinical suspicion. Examination of biopsy specimens of these lesions is essential to rule out malignancy. The treatment of choice of lentigo maligna is surgical excision.
本文报告了1例甲下恶性雀斑样痣病例并对相关文献进行了综述。累及甲床的色素性病变较为罕见，应引起临床怀疑。对这些病变的活检标本进行检查对于排除恶性肿瘤至关重要。恶性雀斑样痣的首选治疗方法是手术切除。
