Bacillus Calmette-Guërin (BCG) has been traditionally used as a vaccine against tuberculosis (TB), which contains live, attenuated strain of . However, intravesical BCG administration has been used as an immunological treatment of superficial bladder cancer. Complications after bladder instillation of BCG are rare. We report a case of carcinoma urinary bladder with histopathologically proven granulomatous epididymo-orchitis (TB) after treatment with intravesical BCG.
卡介苗（BCG）传统上用作抗结核病疫苗，它含有减毒活菌株。然而，膀胱内灌注卡介苗已被用作浅表性膀胱癌的免疫治疗方法。膀胱灌注卡介苗后的并发症很少见。我们报告一例经膀胱内卡介苗治疗后出现组织病理学证实的肉芽肿性附睾睾丸炎（结核病）的膀胱癌病例。
