Pseudoaneurysm of the mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa (P-MAIVF) is considered exceedingly rare. The mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa is an avascular fibrous structure between the anterior mitral leaflet and the aortic annulus. We are presenting an interesting case that required multimodality imaging to establish the diagnosis.
二尖瓣-主动脉瓣间纤维组织假性动脉瘤（P-MAIVF）极为罕见。二尖瓣-主动脉瓣间纤维组织是位于二尖瓣前叶与主动脉瓣环之间的无血管纤维结构。我们现报告一例有趣的病例，该病例需要多模态成像来确诊。
