In clinical practice, borderline seromucinous ovarian tumor (SMBT) is hard to differentiate preoperatively on ultrasound.
We presented a case of SMBT. In this case, microvascular imaging, particularly three-dimensional (3D) microvascular imaging of ultrasound showed the regular distribution of vascularity along the axis of the papillary trunk and branches.
Microvascular imaging helped improve identify vascularity distribution in the papillary of SMBT and may improve our ability to differentiate SMBTs.
在临床实践中,交界性浆液性卵巢肿瘤(SMBT)术前在超声检查中难以鉴别。
我们报告一例SMBT病例。在该病例中,微血管成像,尤其是超声三维(3D)微血管成像显示血管沿乳头主干和分支的轴呈规则分布。
微血管成像有助于提高对SMBT乳头中血管分布的识别,并可能提高我们鉴别SMBT的能力。
