Abstract

Self-transurethral foreign body insertion is rare and often associated with altered mentation. While it may provide pleasure to some, risks include infections and injuries to the urethra and bladder. A thorough history is crucial to understanding motives and effective management. Treatment should be aimed at safe removal and preventing further complications.
