Results of the treatment of 19 children aged from 1,5 months to 8 years with different forms of hiatal hernias are analyzed. Specific features of the clinico-roentgenological picture of the disease is described with special reference to the child's age and type of hernia. Methods of the surgical treatment are proposed.
