In order to prove the immunosuppressive activity of an endotoxic fraction from pathogenic Ps. aeruginosa, the lymphoblastic transformation test was used. The results have shown that lymphocytes cultured in presence of PHA and endotoxin have a decreased rate of DNA synthesis and oxygen uptake. On the contrary, there seemed to be a slight relative increase of RNA and protein synthesis as compared with PHA-transformed cells.
为了证明来自致病性铜绿假单胞菌的内毒素组分的免疫抑制活性,采用了淋巴细胞转化试验。结果表明,在PHA和内毒素存在下培养的淋巴细胞,其DNA合成率和氧摄取率降低。相反,与PHA转化的细胞相比,RNA和蛋白质合成似乎有轻微的相对增加。
