Abstract
Twelve Harveyi clade isolates were obtained from Hong Kong coastal waters. Their draft genome sequences were assembled and found to comprise (×2), (×5), (×2), and (×3), with estimated genome sizes 4.9-6.2 Mbp (44.5%-45.8% G + C).
