Hypertension in childhood is often due to refluxnephropathy. In case of segmental lesion of the kidney hypertension may be curable by partial nephrectomy. We report on a girl with bilateral lesions and hypertension. The patient became normotensive without medication after bilateral upper pole partial nephrectomy.
儿童期高血压常由反流性肾病引起。对于肾脏节段性病变，高血压可能通过部分肾切除术治愈。我们报告一例患有双侧病变和高血压的女孩。该患者在双侧肾上极部分肾切除术后未用药血压恢复正常。
