Abstract

In fixed Wistar line rats, neuronal activity of the ventromedial hypothalamus was studied in conditions of acute emotional stress elicited by electric stimulation of the ventromedial hypothalamus stochastically alternating with electrocutaneous stimuli. Distinctions were revealed in neuronal activity of the animals with different stress resistance. The pattern of neuronal impulse activity proved to be the most informative one.

在固定品系的Wistar大鼠中,通过随机交替进行下丘脑腹内侧核的电刺激和皮肤电刺激引发急性情绪应激,在此条件下研究下丘脑腹内侧核的神经元活动。研究发现不同应激抗性的动物其神经元活动存在差异。神经元冲动活动模式被证明是最具信息量的。
