The radioprotective effect of the combined use of radioprotective drugs was studied in a 30-day survival test on male ICR(CD-1) mice exposed to X-ray radiation at a dose of 6.5 Gy. A combination of phenylephrine prior to irradiation, glutathione immediately after irradiation, tocopherol on the next day, and granulocyte CSF for 2 weeks after irradiation ensured complete survival of the irradiated mice. Combined use of chlorophyllin and trolox ensured survival of a half of the irradiated mice. Other schemes were little effective. In some cases, the combined use of certain substances aggravated the condition of irradiated mice. Addition of riboxin to the combination of chlorophyllin and trolox increased mouse mortality compared to the irradiated control group. Copper chlorophyllin and granulocyte CSF were found to be incompatible.
