The effectiveness of the inactivated vaccines developed by us against the Newcastle disease virus was studied in chickens after infection with a highly virulent Alatau-98 strain. The vaccines in the form of a stable water-oil emulsion were prepared using Montanide ISA 70 VG adjuvant. The immunogenicity of the vaccines was checked 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after administration. The effectiveness was determined by the ability of the vaccine preparations to protect against the disease and by mortality after infection with a highly virulent Alatau-98 strain. Inactivated vaccines developed by us have shown promising results in protecting birds from Newcastle disease and can significantly improve disease control in domestic poultry.
我们研发的新城疫病毒灭活疫苗对感染高致病性阿拉套-98株后的鸡的有效性进行了研究。使用Montanide ISA 70 VG佐剂制备了稳定水包油乳剂形式的疫苗。在接种疫苗后7、14、21和28天检查疫苗的免疫原性。通过疫苗制剂预防疾病的能力以及感染高致病性阿拉套-98株后的死亡率来确定有效性。我们研发的灭活疫苗在保护禽类免受新城疫侵害方面已显示出有前景的结果,并且可以显著改善家禽疾病的防控。
