Abstract

With a hyperextension-type knee injury, ligament tears can be accompanied by concomitant anterior tibial plateau impaction fractures. Care must be taken to properly repair and reconstruct all structures to their native position to restore knee biomechanics. In this technique, we describe a single-stage anatomic posterior cruciate ligament and posterolateral corner reconstructions with an anteromedial tibial plateau open reduction internal fixation. Preoperative planning and an extensive anatomic understanding allows for efficiency during a single-stage surgery.
