The technique presented not only aligns with the current trend of using the quadriceps tendon in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions but also introduces rounded rectangular bone tunnels, which better mimic the native ACL's morphology. This ACL reconstruction improves footprint coverage using rounded rectangular bone tunnels in the femur and tibia. This method could significantly influence clinical practices, particularly in treating younger patients with ACL injuries.
