We report a case of a 67-year-old male patient who experienced difficulty in ventilation during a tracheotomy due to active oral bleeding following esophageal cancer surgery. In this article, we aimed to explore the causes, potential risks, and management experiences of ventilation difficulties during tracheotomy after esophageal cancer surgery.
