To evaluate the value of self-made breast model in preoperative communication between doctors and patients with breast cancer. 200 patients with mammary tumor were randomly divided into control group and model group (100 patients in each group). The control group received traditional preoperative interpretation, and the model group used self-made breast model to assist interpretation. The mastery degree and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. The average score of communication mastery in model group (80.23 ± 11.46) was significantly higher than that in control group (64.01 ± 13.29) (P < 0.001). Satisfaction was significantly higher in the model group than in the control group in all four surgical subgroups (P < 0.05). The self-made breast teaching model can significantly improve the understanding and satisfaction of patients with preoperative communication, which is beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases.
评估自制乳房模型在乳腺癌医患术前沟通中的价值。将200例乳腺肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和模型组(每组100例)。对照组采用传统术前讲解方式,模型组采用自制乳房模型辅助讲解。比较两组的掌握程度和满意度。模型组沟通掌握程度的平均得分(80.23±11.46)显著高于对照组(64.01±13.29)(P<0.001)。在所有四个手术亚组中,模型组的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。自制乳房教学模型可显著提高患者对术前沟通的理解和满意度,有利于乳腺疾病的诊治。
