Abstract
Thrombocytopenia in cirrhosis presents significant challenges in clinical practice. To help clinicians rapidly understand and standardize the diagnosis and treatment of this condition, the Liver Fibrosis, Cirrhosis, and Portal Hypertension Group under the Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese Medical Association, convened experts across relevant fields to formulate the . This consensus aimed to provide evidence-based guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

肝硬化中的血小板减少症在临床实践中带来了重大挑战。为帮助临床医生快速了解并规范这种病症的诊断和治疗，中华医学会肝病学分会肝纤维化、肝硬化和门静脉高压症学组召集了相关领域的专家制定了《……》。这一共识旨在为临床诊断和治疗提供循证指导。
