Abstract

In human tumors (cancer of the liver, stomach, lymphogranulomatosis of lymphnodes, metastases in lymphnodes, ascites ovarian tumor cells) the authors studied the content of enzymes participating in glycogen biosynthesis through uridine diphosphateglucose mechanism--UDPG-glycogensynthetase, UDPG-pyrophosphroylase, phosphoglucomutase. As a rule, in human tumor cells the amount of glycogen and the activity of enzymes of its biosynthesis is decreased, the more the higher proliferative activity and autonomization of tumor cells.

在人类肿瘤(肝癌、胃癌、淋巴结淋巴肉芽肿病、淋巴结转移瘤、腹水卵巢肿瘤细胞)中,作者研究了通过尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖机制参与糖原生物合成的酶的含量——尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖糖原合成酶、尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶、磷酸葡萄糖变位酶。通常,在人类肿瘤细胞中,糖原含量及其生物合成酶的活性会降低,肿瘤细胞的增殖活性和自主性越高,降低得就越明显。
