Abstract
INTRODUCTION
Cases of autoimmune pathologies with onset after infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been described. The causal relationship is not yet clear.
CASE PRESENTATION
We report the case of a 44-year-old woman who, 18 days after presenting with SARS-CoV-2 infection without hypoxaemia, presented with a clinical picture compatible with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
CONCLUSION
This case reinforces the possibility of a causal relationship between both entities.

引言
已描述了感染严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）病毒后发病的自身免疫性疾病病例。因果关系尚不清楚。
病例报告
我们报告了一名44岁女性的病例，该女性在出现无低氧血症的SARS-CoV-2感染18天后，出现了与类风湿性关节炎诊断相符的临床表现。
结论
该病例强化了这两种疾病之间存在因果关系的可能性。
