Abstract
The practice and development of China's health care has provided valuable practical experience for global health care, especially the formation of the concepts of "primary health care" and "health promotion".Primary health care and the philosophy of the patriotic health campaign continue to play an active role in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

中国医疗卫生事业的实践与发展为全球医疗卫生事业提供了宝贵的实践经验，特别是“初级卫生保健”和“健康促进”理念的形成。初级卫生保健和爱国卫生运动理念在应对新冠肺炎疫情中继续发挥着积极作用。
