Abstract
Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) long-read sequencing was used to generate a telomere-to-telomere genome assembly for the type strain ATCC 14522 (CBS 1879). The assembly included six chromosomes. The nuclear genome was 8.4 Mb, with a GC content of 55.3%, and 4,519 predicted genes.
