Report on a 30-year-old male patient suffering from malignant melanoma (spindle-cell type A) of the iris and ciliary body who developed pigmentation within the scar tissue, diagnosed as melanoma recurrence, 2 years after iridocyclectomy. Therefore, enbloc excision was performed 5 years after the first tumor excision. Histologic examination revealed no tumor cells, only melanophagocytosis and local proliferation of lens epithelium in the form of Wedl bladder cells.
一名30岁男性患者报告，其患有虹膜和睫状体恶性黑色素瘤（A型梭形细胞型），在虹膜睫状体切除术后2年，瘢痕组织内出现色素沉着，诊断为黑色素瘤复发。因此，在首次肿瘤切除术后5年进行了整块切除。组织学检查未发现肿瘤细胞，仅见黑色素吞噬以及晶状体上皮以韦德尔膀胱细胞形式的局部增生。
