This study aimed to determine the effect of psychotherapeutic interventions on pain, quality of life and health profile in women diagnosed with endometriosis.
For this systematic review and meta-analysis study, studies were obtained by searching PubMed, Web of Science, EBSCOhost, Google Scholar, and YÖK Thesis Center databases between August and October 2024 without any year limitation. After the review, 10 studies were included in the study. The data were synthesized by meta-analysis and narrative methods.
In this systematic review and meta-analysis, psychotherapeutic interventions for the treatment and management of endometriosis were found to be effective on quality of life (SMD = 0.515, 95% CI = 0.035 to 0.995; Z = 2.104, I = 67.523%, p < 0.05), pain (SMD = - 0.454, 95% CI = - 1.600 to - 0.179; Z = - 1.566, I = 84.463, p > 0.05), and health profile (SMD = 0.041, 95% CI = - 0.363 to 0.281; Z = - 0.250759, I = 56.876%, p > 0.05). In subgroup analyses, it was determined that the types of psychotherapeutic interventions were not effective, but the number of sessions was effective.
Psychotherapeutic interventions to reduce symptoms in endometriosis are effective in improving quality of life but not pain and health profile.
本研究旨在确定心理治疗干预对被诊断为子宫内膜异位症的女性的疼痛、生活质量和健康状况的影响。
对于这项系统评价和荟萃分析研究，通过检索2024年8月至10月期间的PubMed、科学网、EBSCOhost、谷歌学术和土耳其国家高等教育委员会论文中心数据库获取研究，无年份限制。经过筛选，10项研究被纳入本研究。数据通过荟萃分析和叙述性方法进行综合。
在这项系统评价和荟萃分析中，发现用于治疗和管理子宫内膜异位症的心理治疗干预对生活质量有效（标准化均数差[SMD]=0.515，95%置信区间[CI]=0.035至0.995；Z=2.104，I²=67.523%，P<0.05），对疼痛有效（SMD=-0.454，95%CI=-1.600至-0.179；Z=-1.566，I²=84.463，P>0.05），对健康状况有效（SMD=0.041，95%CI=-0.363至0.281；Z=-0.250759，I²=56.876%，P>0.05）。在亚组分析中，确定心理治疗干预的类型无效，但治疗疗程数有效。
减轻子宫内膜异位症症状的心理治疗干预在改善生活质量方面有效，但在减轻疼痛和改善健康状况方面无效。
