The chemical score techinique was employed in animal experiments to study the biological value of the protein soybean concentrate. Net utilization of protein, the protein efficacy ratio were determined as were nitrogen balance and its assimilability. The animals' general status and body weight were observed over time. It was discovered that the protein soybean concentrate appeared inferior to casein used as control. The relative biological value of the product under study was found to be high enough, amounting to 82.66% with regard to casein.
