Ovarian germ cell tumors (OGCTs) are rare malignancies, predominantly affecting adolescents and young women. We present the case of a 14-year-old girl with a 1-month history of progressive abdominal distension, vomiting, and diffuse abdominal pain. Imaging revealed large bilateral pelvic masses with significant peritoneal effusion and peritoneal carcinomatosis. The diagnosis of a malignant germ cell tumor was confirmed through histological analysis. The patient was treated with 6 cycles of chemotherapy, showing favorable progression. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges and therapeutic considerations in managing OGCTs, emphasizing the importance of early detection and fertility-preserving surgical strategies.
卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤（OGCTs）是罕见的恶性肿瘤，主要影响青少年和年轻女性。我们报告一例14岁女孩，有1个月进行性腹胀、呕吐和弥漫性腹痛病史。影像学检查发现双侧盆腔有巨大肿块，伴有大量腹腔积液和腹膜转移瘤。通过组织学分析确诊为恶性生殖细胞肿瘤。该患者接受了6个周期的化疗，病情进展良好。本病例突出了OGCTs管理中的诊断挑战和治疗考量，强调了早期检测和保留生育功能手术策略的重要性。
