Abstract

A 61-year-old man presented with erythema and induration of the skin on his face and neck. Initially a photosensitive dermatosis was suspected but this was excluded on further investigation. Mycosis fungoides was diagnosed and the lesions responded to photochemotherapy (PUVA).
